On Thursday, January 16, The Florence Chamber of Commerce will partner with Francis Marion University and McLeod Health to host the 22nd Annual Martin Luther King Jr. event. The event kicks off on the campus of Francis Marion University with a candlelight march from the Wallace House to Chapman auditorium. Attendees are asked to arrive by 6:00 p.m. to begin the march at 6:15 p.m. The annual celebration will take place at 6:30 p.m. at Francis Marion University’s Chapman Auditorium.
