The Florence Chamber’s 2017 Building Bridges program will be a dynamic, one day event at the Floyd Conference Center on the campus of Carolinas Hospital and will take place from 12:00 – 4:00 pm on Monday, March 20th. The program will feature a keynote speaker and lunch will be included. Tickets for the event are $20 per participant, $15 each for five or more participants. Building Bridges is a group experience in cultural diversity and competence. The keynote presentation will be followed by interactive panel discussions on workplace diversity, community diversity, cultural competence and faith and values. The community is encouraged to attend along with other business and community leaders. The mission of Building Bridges is to enable our community to address diversity issues through a continuing process of changing attitudes and hearts through education and conscious-raising.
