Downtown Florence To Host Community Tour – Tonight

The Downtown Florence Community Tour is happening tonight, Monday, March 3 at 6:00 PM! Don’t miss this opportunity to share your ideas for revitalizing vacant and underused spaces in our downtown district. They will begin at the James Allen Plaza, 119 S. Dargan St.

They’ve partnered with Place + Main Advisors, LLC, LLC and local property owners to develop a retail market analysis and real estate redevelopment strategy for Downtown Florence. This project will help us better understand visitor trends, identify viable uses for available space, and assess property conditions to support those uses.

On this walking tour, you’ll visit five vacant or underused properties, and the Place + Main team will guide discussions on potential opportunities for each space.

Your input matters! This is a free event, but don’t forget to wear comfortable walking shoes.
