Temple & Hogsette Law Group Honors Florence County First Responders At Statehouse
Temple & Hogsette Law Group of Florence is proud to announce the recognition of 10 outstanding first responders at the annual “First Responders of the Year” ceremony held at the South Carolina Statehouse. This prestigious award celebrates the exceptional efforts of local deputies and police officers of the city and county of Florence, local firefighters, game wardens, Florence airport security, and troopers from Troop 5 who have gone above and beyond in their service to the Florence County community. For the 15th consecutive year, Temple & Hogsette Law Group has honored these everyday heroes, acknowledging their courage, commitment, and selflessness. The event, traditionally held by late Florence Senator Hugh Leatherman, continues to be a meaningful occasion for the Florence County legislative delegation, including Representatives Wallace H. “Jay” Jordan and Phillip D. Lowe, and Senator Mike Reichenbach, who now host the ceremony. Each honoree was selected by their supervisor after a rigorous evaluation of their service and dedication to the safety and well-being of Florence County. Temple & Hogsette Law Group commends these individuals for their resilience in the face of danger, and their unwavering devotion to their communities.
