Seminar Brewing Cuts Ribbon On Chamber Membership

Seminar Brewing is delighted to announce the grand opening of Elliott’s Restaurant, helmed by two-time James Beard-nominated chef Elliott Moss and his wife, Jennifer. The grand opening will take place on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, with an invitation-only event from 11 AM to 4 PM, followed by the restaurant opening to the public at 4 PM.

Elliott Moss brings a wealth of culinary expertise and a celebrated legacy to Florence. His first James Beard nomination came as the chef of The Admiral, a fine dining establishment known for its creative cuisine. His second nomination was for his work at Buxton Hall Barbecue, a beloved spot that earned national acclaim, including being named #9 on Bon Appetit’s Top 10 Best New Restaurants in America in 2016. Bon Appetit also recognized Moss’s culinary talents again in 2016, hailing his fried chicken sandwich as the “Best Fried Chicken Sandwich We Ate” that year.
