F1S Has Plans In The Making To Tackle the Teaching Shortage

In the spring of last year, an Executive Director of Teaching and Learning for Florence 1 Schools was hired. Dr. Courtney Clayton, the Executive Director will create and run an alternative certification program for Florence 1 Schools, giving the district another option to the current pathways offered by the South Carolina Department of Education.
